John has spent more than 35 years working with area businesses as a loan officer and banking executive, eventually co-founding Columbus First Bank in 2006. He served as its president and director until it was acquired by LCNB in 2019.

Martin Brady, a seasoned Commercial Banking executive with 25+ years of experience, led First Merchants Bank’s Ohio commercial team for 15 years. A graduate of The Ohio State University, he is President of Nazareth Towers and active in various Columbus nonprofits and community organizations.

John is one of the managing partners of Kagay, Albert, Diehl, Acklin & Groeber, LLC, a full service law firm in Columbus, specializing in estate planning, business law, real estate law and probate law. He is a lifelong resident of Columbus.

Don is one of Central Ohio’s leading real estate developers and the owner of Cotter House Worthington, a specialized Alzheimer and Dementia Care community. He formerly served as a founding director of Insight Bank here in Columbus.

Tim’s career began in banking at State Savings Bank, where he managed several branch offices, before purchasing Thompson-Cunningham in 1997, an independent insurance agency located in Worthington, which he manages. He formerly served on the board of Columbus First Bank.

Jason, a board-certified periodontist and implantologist, is one of the top oral surgeons in the Columbus area. He currently operates successful dental practices in Dublin, New Albany and Newark, Ohio, as well as holds dental licenses in North Carolina and South Carolina.

Bruce is a partner and Chief Operating Officer of Zimmerman Boltz & Company, a Central Ohio-based firm that has been providing specialized accounting, tax and consulting services for dentists since 1974 and is a founding member of the Academy of Dental CPAs.
